Lets see if Complaint Cards can get a response from Honda

I have developed customer complaint cards to motivate businesses to resolve customer complaints quickly. Since I am not getting any response from Honda CarI am going to send the customer complaints cards to the following Honda Siel Cars India top executives regarding my Honda City complaint and see if I can wake them up to give me a positive response to my complaint:

(a) Mr. Takedagawa, President, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd.
I am sending him 1=23 Customer Math customer complaint card with the following handwritten message _ “I am your dissatisfied customer who had to replace clutch and flywheel at 30,000 km. I have sent a number of maols to customer relations but they have acknowledged only one and ignored others. I hope this is not the way Honda keeps relations with its customers.”

(b) Mr. P Chakravarty, General Manager – Service, Honda Siel Cars India Ltd.
I am sending him 10-100-1000 Customer Math customer complaint card with the following handwritten message – “I am a very unhappy customer of yours. All my life I have owned cars but never had to replace a flywheel at 30,000 km. But I had to do so with Honda City. Worst part is that I have been told that it is my fault. It is a shame that Honda is not standing by its quality. I would appreciate that either you replace my clutch and flywheel FOC or teach me how to use your clutch.”

So let us see if my idea of sending complaint cards to defaulting companies work.
