Vodafone also cheats according to its customers
I thought that maybe it was Airtel alone which bills its customers without their orders but Vodafone does it too. This is evident from the email that I received from a harassed customer, Jigar Goks. The contents of the email given below are self explanatory.
Dear Sir,
Ridiculous service provided by VODAFONE. I have prepaid card from VODAFONE 91-9819657781, they are deducting Rs. 30.00 from my account every month without my permission. When you call them they are not ready to look into our problems.
I have to spoken to 100 people and then wait for 1 hour after that we can get in touch with seniors and later on phone gets disconnected.
They are misleading the people by advertising on the TV we help you, it is not help it is harassment. – please stop this advt of VODAFONE we help you, it should be welcome to the world of harassment.
I gave call to VODAFONE and spoke to Mr. Chandrakant, before reaching him I have done more then 20 calls, Chandrakant agreed their was such issue going on but nothing has been done it, before he speak to me more phone gets disconnected. So many times calls has been given but nobody has responded back or replied back. I again gave call to VODAFONE and Again I was asked same repeat questions what is your problem why you have call I cannot transfer your call to any seniors first you speak to me, I said I was talking to Chandrakant and Mr. Jesus , Mr. Santosh replied I don’t know them you talk to me, I cannot transfer to any senior I cannot help you. I asked him his employee code, he replied I cannot provide you my employee code and I also asked him about his last name he is replying I don’t have last name you can call me santosh, do whatever you want.
Is it my fault to take VODAFONE service?
Do these people take us granted?
Is it not Mr. Chandrakant’s responsibility to call back? Is it not necessary for VODAFONE employees to provide necessary information instead of giving wrong names?
I don’t want 30.00 rs back I just want to know now is with whose permission they have deducted money from my account?
Secondly I have wasted my time, money and energy which are worth of rs. 15000.00.
I would like to know how Customer care is going to work on this?

Does this sound similar? Yes it does. I have mentioned in my earlier post that Airtel did the same to me. The case of Mrs. Mishra that I have discussed in my earlier post is exactly similar to jigars problem.
I had thought that Airtel is probably the only innovative company but it seems that Vodafone is not far behind. Since Sarin and Sunil Mittal are good freinds, it is possible that they share innovative ideas to fleece the customer amongst themselves.
My suggestion is that you check you telephone invoice (irrespective of the service provider) thoroughly every month. If you have a problems call their customer care even though they will not be of much help where returning money to you is involved. Their call centers will not be able to solve your problem because they do not want to make is easier for you to stop their revenue stream. Also, put your complaint in writing and send it to them. In addition, log in your complaint at www.complaints.customermath.com.

I bought a VODFONE – SIM (9811196820) I submitted the documents address proof and photo ID. The services were working fine till 2 weeks. Later I got a call from VODAFONE office asking me to submit the documents again as the said connection was under someone else s name. I again submitted the documents and but the services were blocked (I am unable to make calls from my number) After speaking to their executives for more than 2 hours and trying to convince them that I own this SIM. I was made to understand that the SIM is under someone elses name.
I am unable to make calls and am facing problems. Kindly help.
I wont be able to visit VODAFONE Store every second day.

i had converted my number (9999771692) postpaid to prepaid three days back but my SIM did not activate till now.
i have made 20 calls to vodafone customer care and went to vodafone store (sector 18n noida, U.P.) but i did not get any responce.
please solve my problem ASAP otherwise i am planning to F.I.R.
I have been receiving mobile phone bill of a person who doesn’t stay in this house, and never stayed, sent a email to Vodafone asking them, as per rule you cannot give mobile connection unless the customer have proof of residence, this is the reason the terrorist are getting phone connection, and misuse it,this is just a greed of the company, that people have proof get the connections, and misuse it,
forgot to mention the 9811442760 in the name of Mrs Auuradha, when complain they told to go police and make a complaint, this is thee reply I got from reply which is as under. istead of they investigating they sent a email as under

With utmost respect I would like to inform you that I joined first source Ltd,Siliguri on 10th April,2010.Before my training was completed,an assistant manager,named Ashish Sarkar demanded Rs.50000.00(Rs. Fifty Thousands) from me to secure my job and further promotions in firstsource Ltd. As I was unable to pay the money,Mr.Sarkar harrassed me physically and mentally.He even hit me with his hand and slapped me.Mrs. Chandni Ghosh and Mr.Acherjee,the quality manager there also supported Mr.Ashish Sarkar and told me to bring Rs.50000 in cash as soon as possible otherwise I shall not be allowed to work in firstsource Ltd.But this a huge amount for me to pay. So I clearly denied to pay the money.Then they told me to leave the office and return back with the demended money if I am to join the company.They declared that if I fail to bring the money to them,they will declare me failed in some tests and kick me out of the company.very sorrily I am unable to go to the office due to these obligations.

Pathetic service provided by vodafone..
i m a prepaid customer and my mob no. is 9886980941. i used the internet service when i was having a balance of Rs 89 in my account.after using the internet service my balance became Rs-89.00. i dont understand how can my balance become negative when i am using a prepaid service.Your customer care executives are not able to explain me the reason behind this.. probably this is the new methodology used by vodafone to cheat their customers.
if u people want more ways to cheat your customers, i will give some extra tips to you at free of cost..
